Ingredients
1 1/4 cup chicken broth
1/8 tsp black pepper
3 Tbsp. unbleached flour
1/4 cup fat-free plain yogurt
1 tsp. salt
8 oz. whole wheat linguine, cooked
1/8 tsp garlic powder
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Methods/steps
In a saucepan, combine broth, flour, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper. Over medium heat, cook until thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat and add yogurt. Fold in cooked linguine and Parmesan cheese
