Peaches in Wine
In the South of Italy when the dinner is almost over, but wine remains in the glasses, Italians are ready for the fruit. If it’s summertime, they grab the peach, slice it and add the small pieces in the glass of wine.

Ingredients
3 firm peaches, peeled, pitted and thinly sliced 
2 tbsp. honey 
1 cup dessert wine 
1 tsp. cumin, ground 

Methods/steps
Divide the peach slices among four large wine glasses and top with the honey.
Pour 1/4 cup of the wine into each glass and sprinkle with the cumin.
Serve immediately.
