Ingredients
1 lb. capellini, cooked al dente
4 oz. extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
6 cloves garlic, chopped
1/4 tsp. pepper
1 tsp. salt
4-6 large tomatoes, chopped
1 oz. fresh basil, chopped
3 oz. Parmesan cheese, shredded

Methods/steps
Add olive oil to large skillet and saute garlic and crushed red pepper together about 5 minutes. Add tomatoes, pepper, and salt, continue to cook until tomatoes are tender 10-15 minutes. Add basil; cook 5 additional minutes. Combine all ingredients and serve hot topped with shredded Parmesan cheese.
