Pecan Salmon

Pecan Salmon

Ingredients

For 4 people

  • 24 ounce(s) salmon fillets (4 filet)
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) salt, to taste
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper, to taste
  • 3 teaspoon(s) Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon(s) honey
  • 1/10 cup(s) seasoned breadcrumbs
  • 1 ounce(s) chopped pecans
  • 1/3 tablespoon(s) fresh parsley
  • 4 lemon wedges

Directions

Sprinkle salmon with salt and pepper. Place skin side down on baking sheet. Combine mustard and honey, brush on top of salmon. Mix topping of breadcrumbs, nuts, and parsley and sprinkle over salmon. Bake at 400 degrees 10-15 minutes or until flaky. Serve with wedges of fresh lemon.
