This delicious baked chicken is brushed with soy sauce and sesame oil and it "calls" for some vegetable fried rice. That will give your taste buds something to sqwauk about!

Ingredients
3 lb. whole chicken
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 medium onion
1/2 lemon
1/4 cup of dark soy sauce
1/4 cup toasted sesame oil

Methods/steps
Heat oven to 450 degrees. Wash chicken thoroughly and pat dry. Season cavity with salt and pepper, and stuff with one medium onion, quartered, and half of a lemon. Brush skin with soy sauce and sesame oil. Bake for 15 minutes, and then reduce the temperature to 350 degrees. Bake for an hour and 15 minutes, or until juices run clear. Allow resting for 20 minutes before carving.
