Ingredients
  • 1 head lettuce, chopped
  • 1 red onion, thick sliced
  • 1 cucumber, thinly sliced
  • 6 to 8 large black olives, sliced
  • 1 tomato, sliced
  • 10 red and 10 green grapes, sliced
  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup red wine vinegar
  • 6 pita breads

  • Methods/steps
    1. Add all ingredients in bowl and toss. Add red wine vinegar and coat mixture and then drain. Chill and put desired amount of mixture into pita bread and serve immediately.
