Ingredients
1 - 1.5 lb. lean ground beef
2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp each of salt, black pepper, onion and garlic powder
1/4 tsp crushed red pepper
1/4 cup Quaker Oats
1 egg

Methods/steps
Preheat oven to 350. Mix all ingredients together and divide into four patties. Bake for approximately 45 minutes or until no longer pink in middle.
