Savory & Sweet Apple Kielbasa
Kielbasa is a sausage that can be prepared in so many ways. With this recipe, it's served as an appetizer with onions and apples. Enjoy this scrumptious starter on crackers.

2 lb. Kielbasa sausage
3/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar
1 35 oz. jar chunky applesauce
1/4 cup finely chopped onion
Cut sausage into 1/2-inch pieces. Combine sugar, applesauce and onion in a 9x13 inch-baking dish. Mix in sausage pieces, cover top of baking dish with aluminum foil. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
