Ingredients
2 oz. clam base
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup clam juice
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 cloves garlic, chopped
1 cup Chablis wine
2 tbsp. fresh parsley, chopped
8 oz. each jumbo shrimp and calamari
12 each mussels and clams in shells
1 cup marinara sauce
1 1-pound whole lobster
10 oz. linguine, cooked al dente
Garlic bread

Methods/steps
Combine first 7 ingredients in saucepan and bring to boil. Add seafood, except for lobster. Bring to boil. Add marinara; reduce heat and simmer. Steam lobster, cut in half and set aside. Combine seafood sauce with pasta and toss. Divide pasta between 2 bowls and top each with half a lobster. Serve with garlic bread.
