3 cups flour
1 tbsp. garlic
7 jumbo grilled shrimp, chopped
1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Salt and pepper, to taste
Vegetable oil for deep frying
Mix eggs, flour and garlic until smooth. Fold in shrimp and cheese; season to taste. Using a spoon or small ladle, drop mixture in vegetable oil that has been heated to 350 degrees. Cook until golden brown, about 2 to 3 minutes.
