Ingredients
For 1 people
16 ounce(s) ground beef
2can red kidney beans
1can tomato soup
8 floz water
1small onion, chopped
1 teaspoon(s) chili powder
1 dash(es) salt, to taste
1 dash(es) pepper, to taste
1/3 cup(s) rice
Directions
In heavy skillet or pan, brown crumbled beef and onion. Add beans and tomato soup. Season with salt and pepper and chili powder; heat and serve.
Vegetables may be used, omitting the chili powder, 1/3-cup rice with more water added to make a vegetable soup. Simmer for 30 - 60 minutes.
