Ingredients
  • 2 tbsp. olive oil
  • 3/4 tsp. chili powder
  • 3/4 tsp. ground cumin
  • 1/8 tsp. salt
  • 4 drops hot pepper sauce
  • 6 mini pita breads

  • Methods/steps
    1. Mix first 4 ingredients. Brush both sides of pita bread. Grill pitas 4-6 inches above hot coals or 1-2 minutes per side until lightly browned and puffed. Or broil in oven 4-5 inches from heat source until browned.
