Steak with Chocolate Sauce
Talk about the best of both worlds... With this decadent dish, steak "meats" chocolate and the end product is simply divine. How sweet it is to sink your teeth into this mouth-watering meal.

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/2 cup Dutch cocoa powder
2 oz. melted bittersweet chocolate
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
6 small beef tenderloin steaks
Put vinegar, orange juice, cocoa, chocolate and Dijon mustard in a mixer or a blender. Add olive oil slowly until it’s the desired thickness. Grill steaks on outdoor grill or under broiler until desired doneness, turning once Allow to rest 5 minutes in a warm place. Spoon about 3 to 4 tbsp. of the chocolate vinaigrette on each plate. Place the steaks on the sauce.
