Crispy and tasty and not a dry chip in the house! This recipe is appreciated by both nacho aficianados and beginners, especially good to start a brunch.

Ingredients
12 large baked low-fat tortilla chips (about 1-1/2 oz.)
1/2 cup (2 oz.) shredded reduced-fat Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup fat-free refried beans
2 tbsp. chunky salsa

Methods/steps
Microwave Directions
Arrange chips in single layer on large microwavable plate. Sprinkle cheese evenly over chips.
Spoon 1 tsp. beans over each chip; top with 1/2 tsp. salsa.
Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) 1-1/2 minutes; rotate dish. Microwave 1 to 1-1/2 minutes more or until cheese is melted.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Substitute foil-covered baking sheet for microwavable plate. Assemble nachos on prepared baking sheet as directed above. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted.
For a single serving of nachos, arrange 6 large tortilla chips on microwavable plate; top each chip with 2 tsp. cheese, 1 tsp. refried beans and 1/2 tsp. salsa. Microwave on MEDIUM (50%) 1 minute; rotate dish. Microwave 30 seconds to 1 minute or until cheese is melted.
