Split butter, and toast the English muffins. Cut the ham slices in halves to fit the muffins, or fry the Canadian bacon. Poach the eggs in a pan with boiling water into which a teaspoon of white vinegar and a half tsp. of lemon pepper marinate has been added. Place ham or bacon on muffins and eggs on top of ham. Cover with Hollandaise Sauce.
