Supreme Stuffed Grouper
Hungry for a supreme seafood medley? This stuffed grouper makes the cut. Your mouth will be watering before the dish hits the plate.
Line a ramekin or oven-safe custard cup with the grouper. Place crabmeat in ramekin and make a depression in the middle. Fill depression with Boursin cheese. Bake in 375-degree oven for 10 minutes. While that is baking, in saucepan over medium heat mix vinegar, soy sauce and butter. Simmer until reduced by half. Drizzle sauce on plates and top with stuffed grouper.
