We don't mean to boast, but this roast rocks. You choose the marinade, but let the sun-dried tomatoes do most of the work. It's flavor you'll savor for a long time to come.

Ingredients
1 16-oz. beef shoulder roast
Any marinade of your choosing
4 or 5 sun dried tomatoes, sliced

Methods/steps
Trim fat and cut roast in half at an angle. Make small slits in meat and push tomatoes inside in different areas. Cover with marinade and set in refrigerator for 20 minutes. Cook on grill for 5 minutes. Place in 400-degree oven for another 5 minutes for rare.
