Tuna Olive Salad
Name this tuna salad whatever you want. Chock full of great-tasting ingredients, there's nothing fishy about this healthy endeavor of the sea.

1 12-ounce chunk light tuna, drained and flaked
1 cup chopped canned artichoke hearts
1/2 cup chopped olives
1/3 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. chopped fresh oregano, or 1/2 teaspoon dried
Combine tuna, artichokes, olives, mayonnaise, lemon juice and oregano in a medium bowl. Chill. Serve on whole wheat bread or on a bed of lettuce.
