Ingredients

1 pkg. (10 oz.) ready-to-use chopped romaine lettuce

1 pouch (5-1/2 oz.) solid white tuna, flaked
1/2 lb. fresh green beans, cooked, drained, or 1 can (14-1/2 oz.) whole green beans, drained
8 oz. cherry tomatoes, halved
Dressing:
2 tbsp. olive oil
2 tbsp. rice, apple cider or white vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. Dijon mustard
1/2 tsp. black pepper


Methods/steps

Place lettuce, tuna, green beans and tomatoes in large salad bowl; whisk the oil, vinegar, mustard and pepper in a small bowl to blend. Pour dressing over salad and toss well. Mound 4 cups of salad on 4 large plates to serve.
