Ingredients
1/4 cup fat free Thousand Island dressing
8 slices whole wheat bread
4 green leaf lettuce leaves
4 slices of tomato (about 2 medium tomatoes)
4 1-ounces deli style fat-free turkey breast
4 3/4-ounces slices fat-free Cheddar cheese
4 turkey bacon slices, cooked and cut in half

Methods/steps
Spread 1 tablespoon dressing over 1 side of 4 slices of bread. Arrange lettuce, tomato, turkey, fat-free cheese and turkey bacon evenly on slices. Top with remain bread slices. Cut each sandwich into halves and secure with wooden toothpicks. Arrange on plates with pickle spears and serve
