French Dip Sandwich
This sandwich is unbelievably fantastic. If you're already a fan of the French Dip sandwich, then you'll love this. If you're not yet a fan, then you're about to become one.
1 (3-4 lb.) lean beef roast
Trim and discard all visible fat from roast. Place in crock pot. Combine beef consomme, bouillon and spices; pour over roast. Add water to almost cover. Cover and cook on LOW for 10 to 12 hours or until meat is very tender Remove meat; strain and reserve broth. Shred meat with 2 forks. Serve bread with broth for dipping.
