Ingredients
  • 1/4 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp. cider vinegar
  • 4 1/2 tsp. soy sauce
  • 3/4 tsp. grated ginger
  • 1/8 tsp. sugar
  • 1 (6 oz.) frozen or fresh pea pods
  • 1/4 cup chopped green onions
  • 1 cup of bean sprouts
  • 1/4 cup celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup water chestnuts, sliced

  • Methods/steps
    1. Make a dressing out of first 5 ingredients. Toss pea pods, onion, and bean sprouts with dressing. Chill overnight. Immediately before serving, add celery, water chestnuts and toss.
