Ingredients
For 4 people
1/4 cup(s) vegetable oil
2 tablespoon(s) cider vinegar
4 1/2 teaspoon(s) soy sauce
1/4 tablespoon(s) grated ginger
1/8 teaspoon(s) sugar
6 ounce(s) frozen or fresh pea pods
1/4 ounce(s) chopped green onions
1 cup(s) bean sprout
1/4 cup(s) celery, chopped
1/4 cup(s) water chestnuts, sliced
Directions
Make a dressing out of first 5 ingredients. Toss pea pods, onion, and bean sprouts with dressing. Chill overnight. Immediately before serving, add celery, water chestnuts and toss.
