1 Boboli thin, whole-wheat pizza crust
6 Laughing Cow Original light cheese wedges, sliced thin
1 large tomato, sliced thinly
1 sliced green pepper
10 sliced mushrooms
1 ounce nonfat shredded cheddar cheese
Any other veggies you like
Spread tomato slices all over crust. Spread cheese slices onto pizza crust. Top with desired veggies. Finish by sprinkling shredded cheese over veggies. Bake 9-12 minutes at 400 degrees, or until cheese is melted and crust is desired color.
