Watermelon -Strawberry Smoothie

4 cups cold watermelon, seeds removed
2 cups fresh strawberries, cleaned and hulled
8 ounces low-fat lemon yogurt (or nonfat plain yogurt)
2 cups crushed ice
Sugar substitute to taste
Combine all ingredients in a blender and process until smooth. Variation: Add a peeled and sliced banana to smoothie mixture before blending. Depending on your dietary inclinations, you can substitute scoops of vanilla ice cream for the yogurt.
