Cheesy Beef & Noodle Casserole
In search of a fast and simple dinner that you can whip up in a matter of minutes? This scrumptious cheesy beef and noodle casserole can be thrown together with some very basic ingredients on hand. Dinner is served!
Ingredients
- 24 ounce(s) ground beef
- 1 4 oz. can tomatoes
- 1/4 cup(s) parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 1/2 cup(s) medium egg noodles
- 1 cup(s) sour cream
- 8 ounce(s) pkg cream cheese
- 6 green onions, finely chopped
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large frying pan, saute ground beef and garlic over medium heat; drain fat.
- Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, parmesan cheese and simmer 10 minutes.
- Prepare noodles as directed on package.
- Drain.
- Toss with sour cream, cream cheese and green onions.
- Spoon half of the noodle mixture into a greased casserole dish, top with half the meat mixture.
- Add the rest of the noodles and top with remaining sauce.
- Cover with aluminum foil.
- Bake for 30 minutes.
