  • 1 tablespoon(s) lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoon(s) minced onion
  • 1 cup(s) chopped nuts (pecans)

Instructions
 

  • Drain the smoked salmon from the oil.
  • In a blender, grind the salmon until fine.
  • Set the blender on medium speed and add the cream cheese, the lemon juice, and the minced onion.
  • With your hands, shape the pate into a ball, then roll in the chopped nuts.
  • Display on a plate and serve.
