Seafood Spread
This medley of ingredients comes together in a seafood loaf that makes for an impressive appetizer. The tuna-shrimp combo offers a seafood starter nobody will be able to refuse. There's nothing fishy about it.
Ingredients
- 14 ounce(s) heinz ketchup
- 1/4 cup(s) Worcestershire
- 1 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
- 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can of shrimp, drained
- 1 (4 1/2 oz.) can of tuna
- 3 ounce(s) can of sliced mushrooms
- 1 ounce(s) medium size onion, chopped
- 16 tablespoon(s) pf pitted olives, sliced
- 8 ounce(s) stuffed green olives, sliced
- 6 servings of crackers, or as much as desired
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients but not the crackers.
- Mix gently to keep shrimp whole.
- Bake in oven at 250 degrees for 1 hour.
- Cool.
- Refrigerate.
- Serve with Ritz crackers.
