All In One Salmon Florentine
Nothings fishy about this salmon florentine. Spinach adds a pleasing texture and healthful balance to this one-dish meal to make it supremely delish.
Ingredients
- 1/2 small onion, minced
- 1 handful spinach, shredded
- 1 ounce(s) white sauce or prepared Alfredo sauce
- 1/8 cup(s) chicken stock
- 2 1/2 ounce(s) linguine
- 1 salmon filet
- 2 jumbo shrimp
Instructions
- Saute onion and add spinach; stir.
- Add basic white sauce and chicken stock; blend and heat to desired temperature.
- Add salt and pepper to taste; keep warm.
- Grill salmon and shrimp to desired temperatures.
- Toss sauce with linguine and place on plate.
- Top with grilled seafood and serve.
