Marinated Raw Vegetables
This bowl of veggie goodness will disappear once it hits the table. Make as described or add celery, cucumbers, and/or carrots to add to the color and flavor of this healthy treat.
Ingredients
- 1 bunch broccoli, cut up
- 1 head cauliflower, cut up
- 1 1/2 cup(s) to 2 cups raw (or canned) mushrooms
- 1 cup(s) cherry tomatoes, cut in halves
- 1 purple onion, sliced
- 16 ounce(s) Italian salad dressing (1 bottle)
Instructions
- Pour Italian dressing over all but the tomatoes and marinate overnight.
- Add tomatoes just before serving.
- No Cooking Needed.
