Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup(s) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup(s) Japanese bread crumbs
  • 6 ounce(s) sea bass steak
  • 1/4 cup(s) flour
  • 1/2 egg wash
  • 1/4 cup(s) demi-glace
  • 1/4 cup(s) sweet Thai chili sauce

Instructions
 

  • Mix breadcrumbs and Parmesan.
  • Flour sea bass, roll in egg wash and coat with breadcrumb mixture.
  • Saute fish over medium heat until golden brown.
  • Finish cooking fish in oven until desired temperature.
  • Sauce with demi-glace and Thai sauce.
