Fragrant BBQ Meatballs
Get ready to BBQ like you have never bbq'd before. These mighty meatballs slow cook in a sweet BBQ sauce. Warning: smiles and second helping pleads will surely be served.

Ingredients
- 48 ounce(s) lean ground beef
- 1 1/2 cup(s) fresh bread crumbs
- 1 large egg
- 1 Chopped onion, to taste
- 1/4 cup(s) catsup
- 1/4 ounce(s) Catsup
- 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) Worcestershire Sauce
- 1/4 cup(s) white vinegar
- 3/4 cup(s) brown sugar, packed
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Make into small ball shapes.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Remove to paper toweling to drain well and cool.
- While the meatballs are cooling, make the sauce for them.
- For sauce, whisk ingredients well.
- Place a small amount in bottom of crock-pot just enough to cover bottom.
- Place a row of meatballs in the crock-pot on top of the sauce just put inch Fill in all spaces in a single layer.
- Put sauce on the meatballs and continue again with a layer of meatballs, then more sauce, then more meatballs and finish off the top with the remaining sauce.
- Cook on Low 6-8 hours.
