Quick Cauliflower Side
If you're short on time, this is a quick side that won't be short on taste. This spicy, cheesy dish is a sure way to get the kids to eat their veggies.
Ingredients
- 1 head of cauliflower
- 1 cup(s) cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon(s) prepared horseradish
Instructions
- Place cauliflower stem side down on a large plate.
- Cover with plastic wrap.
- Microwave 7 to 11 minutes, until fork tender.
- Mix cheese, mayo and horseradish in a small bowl.
- Unwrap cauliflower and spread the mayo/cheese evenly over it, then microwave for 2-3 minutes until the cheese melts.
