Spicy Flank Steak
Nothing tastes better than a spicy steak fresh off the grill. Your friends will be falling over this flank steak. Just make sure that you give this steak a few hole pokes and at least 6 hours to marinate for the flavor to really take hold.
Ingredients
- 1 trimmed flank steak
- 1 cup(s) bloody mary mix
- 1/4 cup(s) horseradish
- 2 tablespoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon(s) hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon(s) cajun spice
- 1/2 cup(s) minced onion
- 1/2 cup(s) minced garlic
- 2 teaspoon(s) celery seed
- 1/2 cup(s) vodka
- 1 dash(es) salt
- 1 dash(es) pepper
Instructions
- Puncture the steak repeatedly with a fork or meat tenderizer.
- Mix all ingredients well and pour over steak in a zipper-lock bag.
- Marinate for at least 6 hours.
- Glaze the steak with remaining marinade as you grill.
