Garlic Chicken

Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounce(s) boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 4 floz water
  • 2 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon(s) cornstarch
  • 1/2 ounce(s) white wine
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) chicken bouillon granules
  • 1 tablespoon(s) cooking oil, Low Fat
  • 10 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 6 ounce(s) fresh mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 green onions, thinly sliced
  • 4 ounce(s) can water chestnut, sliced
  • 4 servings of hot, cooked rice
  • 1 cup(s) broccoli, chopped
  • 1 cup(s) chopped red pepper

Instructions
 

  • Cut chicken into 1/2-inch pieces.
  • Blend water, chicken bouillon, soy sauce, cornstarch and wine.
  • Stir-fry chicken and when almost done, remove.
  • Add garlic, mushrooms, broccoli and green onions.
  • Stir-fry.
  • Return chicken to wok.
  • Stir in sauce.
  • Serve over rice.
  • Ready in 30 min.
