Ingredients

  

  • 14 1/2 ounce(s) artichoke hearts, drained, and chopped
  • 2 large garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) shredded mozzarella
  • 1/4 cup(s) shredded provolone cheese
  • 333/1000 cup(s) grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup(s) mayonnaise
  • 1/2 cup(s) sour cream
  • 1 parsley, for garnish

Instructions

 

  • Preheat oven 350 degrees.
  • Mix all ingredients well, pour into a casserole (or other ovenproof dish) and bake for 20-25 minutes (until hot and bubbly).
  • Sprinkle with parsley.
