
Multi-level Mexican Dip
Ay caramba! This multi-level Mexican dip is a scrumptious appetizer that brings ethnic flavor to your table. Your guests won’t be able to resist double dipping.
Ingredients
- 1 cup(s) beans, unsalted
- 1 1/4 cup(s) sour cream
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) ground cumin
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) Tobasco
- 33/100 cup(s) onion, finely chopped
- 4/25 ounce(s) lime juice
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) red pepper flakes
- 33/100 cup(s) green onions
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1 cup(s) cheddar cheese, shredded
Instructions

In bowl, blend together beans, 1/4 cup of sour cream, cumin and hot pepper sauce.

Spread evenly on tray 12 inch in diameter and at least 1 inch deep.

In bowl, mix remaining sour cream, chopped onion, limejuice and red pepper flakes; spread over refried bean layer.

Garnish with rings of green onions on outside, tomatoes and cheese in center.

Cover and refrigerate till serving time.
