
Classic Steak and Gravy
There isn’t much at “steak” with this simple dish, that gets its flavor from creamy mushroom soup and dry onion soup mix. Toss together and bake – then pick the perfect side to suit your mood.
Ingredients
- 32 ounce(s) eye of round steak
- 1 salt and pepper, to taste
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 envelope of dry onion soup mix
Instructions

Place steak or roast which has been seasoned with salt and pepper in a casserole dish.

Pour mushroom soup over steak.

Sprinkle with onion soup.

Cover tightly with aluminum foil and bake steak at 350 degrees for 2 hours or bake the roast at 350 degrees for 3 hours.

Ready in 2 or 3 hours.
