  • 3 potatoes, cubed
  • 3 turnips, cubed
  • 1 cup(s) carrot, sliced one inch long
  • 1/2 green pepper, cut in chunks
  • 1/2 red pepper, cut in chunks
  • 4 ounce(s) mushrooms
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) thyme

Instructions
 

  • Place vegetables in a single layer in a roasting pan; spray with non-stick olive oil spray.
  • Sprinkle with spices.
  • Roast at 350 degrees until done, about 30 minutes, turning once.
