Ingredients
- 3 potatoes, cubed
- 3 turnips, cubed
- 1 cup(s) carrot, sliced one inch long
- 1/2 green pepper, cut in chunks
- 1/2 red pepper, cut in chunks
- 4 ounce(s) mushrooms
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon(s) thyme
Instructions
- Place vegetables in a single layer in a roasting pan; spray with non-stick olive oil spray.
