Gotti Diet

ImageAny Tom, Dick or Frank can certainly come up with a diet program... and the Gotti Diet is one great example of that. "Written" by Frank Gotti Agnello, grandson of the late Mafioso John Gotti, the Gotti Diet is Frank's weight-loss journey in getting in shape by shedding 80 pounds. At just the age of 13, the boy was 255 pounds and suffering from high blood pressure.

With help from his mom, physician and lacrosse coach, Frank started an eating regimen based on common sense, portion control and a great amount of moderation. According to Frank, he researched the foods that were keeping him overweight and started getting rid of them from his daily diet. His plan, according to mom Victoria, is in fact a modified version of Weight Watchers.

The Gotti Diet is a 7-step program for weight loss that includes calorie counting, motivation and fitness advice. If you are looking for diet and exercise advice from a teenager with no nutrition or fitness background, you shall find it here.
