Mom's Creamy Noodle Side
A little bit of effort goes a long way. Enjoy this creamy noodle dish with just about any main entree -- beef, chicken, pork or fish. It's also the perfect potluck dish when you're looking for a way to stir things up.
Ingredients
- 3 chicken bouillon cubes
- 2 floz water, boiling
- 1 cream of mushroom soup
- 2 cup(s) cottage cheese
- 2 cup(s) sour cream
- 1/2 cup(s) onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoon(s) Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoon(s) poppy seeds
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) hot pepper sauce
- 16 ounce(s) pkg. noodles, cooked and drained
- 1/4 cup(s) Parmesan cheese, shredded
Instructions
- Dissolve bouillon in water.
- Combine soup, onion, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, garlic, and hot pepper; mix.
- Combine cottage cheese, sour cream and noodles; mix.
- Place in a greased 2 1/2 qt baking dish.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan and a dash of paprika for color.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or heated through.
