Ingredients
  

  • 333/1000 cup(s) parmesan cheese
  • 3/4 cup(s) mayonnaise
  • 14 1/2 ounce(s) artichoke hearts (packed in water & salt)
  • 333/1000 cup(s) red pepper sauteed in olive oil
  • 2 egg whites
  • 333/1000 cup(s) chopped onion sauteed in olive oil
  • 1 thinly sliced French bread

Instructions
 

  • Drain artichoke, rinse and chop them thinly.
  • Combine mayonnaise, artichokes, parmesan cheese, red pepper and onion.
  • Beat egg whites until firm.
  • Fold egg whites into cheese mixture.
  • Spread mixture on bread.
  • Arrange the slices on alluminium foil.
  • Broil for few minutes; Watch carefully to prevent burning.
