Baked Chicken Stuffing
This juicy, baked chicken with stuffing gives you a hint of holiday comfort all year round. This easy-to-prep recipe is perfect for dinner parties or for busy school nights.
Ingredients
- 6 boneless chicken breasts
- 3/4 cup(s) chopped onion
- 6 stalks chopped celery
- 3 cans cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup(s) mayonnaise
- 1 package Pepperidge Farm stuffing mix
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup(s) butter
Instructions
- Saute chicken in butter until white, then chop and add to baking dish.
- Saute onions and celery, then add soup and mayonnaise until heated.
- Pour mixture over chicken.
- Mix stuffing, eggs, and melted butter.
- Place stuffing mix over sauce and chicken.
- Bake for 1 hour.
- Cover dish with foil when stuffing is brown.
