Cajun Tuna with Pasta

Spice things up for dinner tonight with this Cajun style tuna steak with cheesy, creamy pasta that will please all your party guests.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 2 cup(s) whole cream
  • 2 tablespoon(s) granulated garlic
  • 1 dash(es) black pepper
  • 1 Romano cheese
  • 12 ounce(s) fettuccine, cooked and drained
  • 2 tablespoon(s) chopped parsley
  • 1 olive oil
  • 16 ounce(s) tuna filets (2 8-ounce steaks)
  • 1 Cajun spices

Instructions
 

  • 1)-In saucepan, over medium-high heat, add butter and whole cream.
  • Bring to boil; add garlic and pepper to taste.
  • 2)-When reduced to desired thickness, add Romano cheese, pasta and parsley; toss.
  • 3)-Spread a small amount of olive oil on tuna; dip in Cajun seasoning.
  • 4)-Grill to desired temperature.
  • Serve fish on top of pasta.
