Cheesy Beef & Noodle Casserole

In search of a fast and simple dinner that you can whip up in a matter of minutes? This scrumptious cheesy beef and noodle casserole can be thrown together with some very basic ingredients on hand. Dinner is served!

Ingredients
  

  • 24 ounce(s) ground beef
  • 1 4 oz. can tomatoes
  • 1/4 cup(s) parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 1/2 cup(s) medium egg noodles
  • 1 cup(s) sour cream
  • 8 ounce(s) pkg cream cheese
  • 6 green onions, finely chopped

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a large frying pan, saute ground beef and garlic over medium heat; drain fat.
  • Add tomatoes, tomato sauce, parmesan cheese and simmer 10 minutes.
  • Prepare noodles as directed on package.
  • Drain.
  • Toss with sour cream, cream cheese and green onions.
  • Spoon half of the noodle mixture into a greased casserole dish, top with half the meat mixture.
  • Add the rest of the noodles and top with remaining sauce.
  • Cover with aluminum foil.
  • Bake for 30 minutes.
