Cocktail Meatballs

Ingredients
  

  • 1 teaspoon(s) salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 3 tablespoon(s) minced parsley
  • 2 tablespoon(s) grated onion
  • 2 teaspoon(s) Worcestershire sauce, divided
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 cup(s) skim milk
  • 1 cup(s) toasted breadcrumbs
  • 4 tablespoon(s) butter
  • 1 cup(s) catsup
  • 5 teaspoon(s) vinegar
  • 2 teaspoon(s) prepared mustard
  • 5 33/100 floz red wine
  • 1 pound(s) beef, ground, 90% lean meat / 10% fat, crumbles, cooked, pan

Instructions
 

  • Mix together ground beef, salt, pepper, parsley, onion, 1 tsp Worcestershire, eggs, milk, breadcrumbs and butter.
  • Shape into very, very small meatballs.
  • Lightly brown meatballs in the butter until browned on all sides.
  • Put into large serving dish.
  • Put catsup, vinegar, remaining 1 tbs Worcestershire, mustard and wine in saucepan.
  • Heat and stir until smooth and hot.
  • Pour over hot meatballs.
  • Keep warm in slow cooker or serve hot.
