Ingredients
  

  • 1 potato
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon(s) parsley
  • 2 onions
  • 3 tablespoon(s) oil
  • 3 cup(s) cooked, ground garbanzo beans
  • 4 tablespoon(s) sesame seed meal
  • 1/16 cup(s) yogurt
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon(s) salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) cayenne
  • 1/8 teaspoon(s) pepper
  • 1 teaspoon(s) paprika
  • 1 Juice of lemon

Instructions
 

  • Cook and mash potato and set aside.
  • Mince leaves of parsley.
  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Chop onions fine and saute in oil until soft.
  • Stir in parsley and cook briefly.
  • Add to ground beans.
  • Mix well with remaining ingredients.
  • Form into balls or shape into patties, using about 2 tbsp of the mixture for each one.
  • Place on greased cookie sheets and bake for 10 minutes on each side.
