Fruit Cobbler
A sweet treat is always in season, and this fabulous fruit cobbler is no exception. You decide which fruit you'd prefer to use in this delicious dessert. Apple? Peach? Cherry? Take your pick. You won't be disappointed.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup(s) white sugar
- 1/2 cup(s) flour
- 1/2 cup(s) skim milk
- 1 teaspoon(s) baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon(s) salt
- 2 cup(s) of your favorite fruit, chopped into bite-sized pieces
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients except the fruit in a bowl.
- Pour it into an 8x8 pan coated with cooking spray.
- Add the fruit right on top.
- The crust will come up over the fruit and cover it.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for 40 minutes.
- Ready in 45 min.
