Meat & Noodle Casserole
Where's the beef? Right here in this easy, cheesy casserole. Chock full of dairy galore, this is a supreme medley that's sure to satisfy those hungry mouths.
Ingredients
- 16 ounce(s) ground beef
- 2 cup(s) spaghetti sauce
- 3 cup(s) gluten free or regular dry noodles, spiral works well
- 3 green onions, chopped
- 3 ounce(s) cream cheese
- 1 cup(s) sour cream
- 3/4 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese
Instructions
- In a skillet cook ground beef, and drain fat.
- Stir in spaghetti sauce.
- Simmer until warm.
- Cook the noodles according to pkg. directions.
- Drain noodles and place in a 2 1/2 quart greased baking dish.
- Top with meat and sauce.
- Blend together the cream cheese, sour cream and green onions.
- Spread over the top of the meat and sauce.
- Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
