Meat & Noodle Casserole

Where's the beef? Right here in this easy, cheesy casserole. Chock full of dairy galore, this is a supreme medley that's sure to satisfy those hungry mouths.

Ingredients
  

  • 16 ounce(s) ground beef
  • 2 cup(s) spaghetti sauce
  • 3 cup(s) gluten free or regular dry noodles, spiral works well
  • 3 green onions, chopped
  • 3 ounce(s) cream cheese
  • 1 cup(s) sour cream
  • 3/4 cup(s) shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions
 

  • In a skillet cook ground beef, and drain fat.
  • Stir in spaghetti sauce.
  • Simmer until warm.
  • Cook the noodles according to pkg. directions.
  • Drain noodles and place in a 2 1/2 quart greased baking dish.
  • Top with meat and sauce.
  • Blend together the cream cheese, sour cream and green onions.
  • Spread over the top of the meat and sauce.
  • Sprinkle with cheddar cheese.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
