Mini Italian Sammies
Mini Italian sandwiches make a perfect snack for hungry school kids (make sure you have enough for seconds!). Cooking the sandwiches for just a few minutes ensures that this mouthwatering snack will melt in your mouth.
Ingredients
- 1 loaf Italian or French bread, sliced diagonally
- 6 ounce(s) salami
- 6 ounce(s) Cheese (Provolone, Mozzarella, American or your favorite) sliced
- 1 tomato
- 1 Italian dressing
Instructions
- Slice the bread.
- Top each slice of bread with salami, cheese, tomato and Italian dressing.
- Broil until bubbly.
- Serve immediately.
